Under what conditions your data stays with you

The AI model and the search through your documents run on your own servers or machines, without going through an external AI service.
Access is limited to the right people, according to your permission rules.
Network security, backups and updates remain your responsibility or that of your IT provider.
If part of the solution is hosted externally, the level of control is no longer the same. I will tell you clearly from the assessment stage.
On costs, everything depends on the hardware, the number of users and the uses. An on-premise setup is not always cheaper than a subscription: the assessment is there to check.
