How does it work?
From your needs to your AI.
The seven steps
You
Your daily life, your work, your habits, your tools.
Your needs
What takes up your time, what you would like to do better.
The right uses
What AI can genuinely improve for you.
The right tools
The tools that are actually useful, chosen without bias.
Configuration
Instructions, assistants, reference documents, usage rules.
Getting to grips
On your real cases, until it feels natural.
Fine-tuning
We correct and improve after use.
The goal is not to use more AI. It is to get more value from it.
Formats and fees depend on your situation: individual, freelancer or team. We discuss it in the first conversation.
To get started
2 to 3 hours to get going.
From €299 · individual or freelancer
Depending on the situation, a first session of two to three hours lets us:
- understand your needs
- identify the best uses
- select and prioritise the tools
- set up a few Quick Wins
- test together
- define what is left to put in place
Not everything will be configured in the first session. The rest is put in place afterwards, according to your needs.
Truly custom
What “custom” really means.
Depending on the tools you use and what they offer, we can work on:
- custom instructions
- projects
- preferences
- memory, where available and appropriate
- reference documents
- reusable prompts
- specialised assistants
- organising conversations
- choosing the right tools
- workflows
- usage rules
- confidentiality and care with shared data
Not every tool offers all of these features. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or others: I am not tied to any brand. The aim is to find what works for you.
Good practice
Useful, yes. Naive, no.
A few simple reflexes make AI more reliable and more comfortable to use.
Confidentiality
What you share with a tool is not always private. We look at the settings and the right plans.
Sensitive data
Health, finances, customer data: we define what can go in and what stays out.
Hallucinations
AI can be wrong with great confidence. We learn to spot it.
Checking sources
A useful answer gets checked. We set up a few simple reflexes.
Choosing the tool
The best tool is the one that suits your use, not the most talked-about.
Over-reliance
AI helps you think. It should not think for you.
